Mono Alpine Workforce Pathways Stipend Program (WPSP)

The Mono/Alpine Workforce Pathways Stipend Program (WPSP) is a Professional Development & Staff Retention Program. The intent of this program is to assist counties in the improvement of retaining and supporting qualified child care employees who work directly with children who receive state subsidized child care services. The Mono/Alpine Workforce Pathways Stipend. Program is administered by the Mono County Child Care Council Coordinator. Application.


Child Development Permit

The CDTC is currently  accepting stipend applications for all permit levels and types indicated below.The Child Development Training Consortium (CDTC) Permit Stipend Program pays the permit application fee to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for eligible applicants.

CDTC now offers an online application option. Priority processing is given to online applications. Hard copy applications are also available, see below for links to application options. Funding for permit stipends is first come, first served.


 ECE Student Career & Education Program - Educational Support Grant Opportunity 

This program provides support for specific educational expenses to students attending California Community Colleges. (Community colleges are identified on the CDTC website at childdevelopment.org.
